Mix makes 3 dozen delightfully delicious cookies.
What you’ll need in addition to NoFork’s GF Lemon Crinkle Cookie Mix: Unsalted Butter, Eggs, Lemon Juice, Lemon Extract, Vanilla Extract.
Mix Ingredients: Bob’s Red Mill GF 1:1 Baking Flour (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), Granulated Sugar, Powder Sugar (sugar, corn starch), Baking Powder, Salt.
All ingredients contained in this mix are gluten-free. However, NoFork is not a gluten-free kitchen as we process other delicious treats that contain wheat.
